Nesta terça-feira (16) foram anunciados os indicados à 71ª edição do Emmy, premiação de maior relevância da TV, que elege as melhores séries, atuações e programas dos EUA. Parte da aguardada lista foi revelada pelo ator e comediante Ken Jeong e pela atriz D’Arcy Carden, a Janet de “The Good Place”. Embalada pela temporada final, “Game of Thrones” liderou a relação de indicados com um total de 32 nomeações, um recorde histórico!
O presidente da Academia de Televisão dos EUA Frank Scherma se juntou aos dois em uma live no site oficial da premiação. “A televisão é a primeira escolha de entretenimento do mundo e o alcance global da programação de TV dos Estados Unidos é imediato e impactante graças às emissoras, canais e plataformas que continuam a crescer. Nós estamos muito animados em ter esses dois talentos da comédia juntos conosco para anunciar os indicados ao Emmy deste ano”, elogiou Scherma.
